Oracle Spatial Geocoder Demo
Oracle Spatial Geocoder now supports international postal address parsing and
geocoding.
By parsing the postal address, the geocoder is able to extract
address information, such as street name, house number, name of city and postal
code, from postal addresses in different international address formats. Geocoder
uses the parsed street address information to search in the database and resolve
the input address into a longitude/latitude location.
Oracle Spatial Geocoder not
only can find parse and geocode a correct address, but also can correct
and resolve incorrect addresses with errors such as typos in street name, wrong postal code, etc.
